The RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD) has recently announced the “Comprehensive Review: Region 4 City Mayoral Performance”
This aims to critically assess the performance of City Mayors. They were based on seven key parameters, which include the following:
1. Service Delivery
2. Financial Management
3. Economic Development
4. Governance and Leadership,
5. Environmental Management
6. Social Services
7. Public Management.
Top City Mayors-Region 4 (CALABARZON) survey was conducted last February 25 – March 8, 2023, as part of the National Poll “RPMD’s Boses ng Bayan” and Mayor Strike B. Revilla, garnered 83.81% in the said poll.
