Bacoor City, May 8, 2025 – The City Government of Bacoor held a Luksang Parangal yesterday to honor the life and legacy of former Councilor Normita Del Rosario-Celestino. The event was attended by family, relatives, and friends who came to pay their respects and celebrate her memory.
Mayor Strike B. Revilla led the tributes, joined by Councilor Karen Sarino Evaristo, SK President Palm Angel Buncio, Kuya Noly Galvez, Pastor Mike Bautista, Atty. Venus De Castro (OSCA Head), and Ms. Khei Sanchez (LEDIPO Head). Speakers shared stories and anecdotes that highlighted Councilor Del Rosario’s contributions to the city and her dedication to public service. The Luksang Parangal provided a meaningful opportunity for the community to remember and honor a dedicated public servant.
