A meeting of the Local Price Coordinating Council took place in the City of Bacoor.
Representatives from various sectors gathered to discuss issues regarding the prices of goods in the area. The meeting was held at the Revilla Multi-Purpose Hall on March 13, 2024.
Mayor Strike B. Revilla led the meeting, along with other government officials and community representatives.
The purpose of the meeting was to implement the Price Act and monitor the prices of goods in Bacoor. Through the establishment of the Local Price Coordinating Council, it is expected that there will be better and fairer control over the prices of products and services in the city.
In the coming days, the council representatives are expected to engage in deeper study and discussions to ensure that the steps they will take will be effective and beneficial to the residents of Bacoor.
Overall, the meeting of the Local Price Coordinating Council is an important step towards maintaining order and fair prices of goods in Bacoor. Through the cooperation and collaboration of government officials and the community, positive changes and development in the city’s economy are expected.
Also in attendance were LNB Vice President Coun. Randy Francisco, Atty. Aimee Torrefrangco-Neri as City Administrator, Atty. Kim Lofranco as head of the City Legal Office, Mr. Christian Gawara as head of BPLO, Mr. Rolando Vocalan as head of the City Environment Services Department, Mr. Allan Chua as head of the City Agriculture Office, Dra. Ivy Marie Yrastorza as head of the City Health Office, Mr. Reginaldo S. Revilla as CLGOO Bacoor DILG, Agripino Pagdanganan as Head of GSO, Marzon Figueras as a representative from CICRD, and representatives from DTI.
