Pormal na isinagawa ang “Ceremonial Deed of Usufruct” sa pagitan ng City Government of Bacoor at Industrial Technology Development Institute (ITDI) – Department of Science and Technology (DOST), na ginanap sa Bulwagan ng Liga ng mga Barangay.
Pinangunahan ito ng City Legal Office sa pamumuno ni Attorney Marco Mendoza na kung saan dinaluhan nina Congresswoman Lani Mercado – Revilla, Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista – Mendiola, Atty. Aimee Torrefranca – Neri, Director of the ITDI, DOST, Dr. Annabelle V. Briones, President of the Cavite State University, Dr. Hernando D. Robles, Dr. Babylyn M. Pambid, OIC of Schools Division Superintendent of DepED, City Schools Division of Bacoor, and Engr. Reynaldo L. Esguerra, Chairman, Molino Housing Project.
Ang property na ito ay gagamitin para sa itatayong Bacoor City National Science and Technology High School at expansion ng University of Bacoor Campus dahil patuloy itong pinapahalagahan ni Mayor Strike B. Revilla at hangad nito mapalapit ang kalidad na edukasyon sa mga Bacooreño.
