In our continuous efforts to adapt to the challenges posed by climate change and to maximize the well-being of our local government employees, we are implementing a Compressed Workweek for select departments within the City Government.
Starting April 22, 2024, through Executive Order No. 92-2024, certain departments will shift to an adjusted work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This initiative is designed to reduce our city’s electricity and water consumption during the peak of the summer season and to improve overall productivity.
Please note that essential services such as the Bacoor Traffic Management Department, Bacoor Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office, Office of the City Health Services, and City Social Welfare and Development Office will maintain their regular work schedule to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
For more details regarding the departments affected, and the specifics of the new schedule, please refer to the full text of the Executive Order available on our website.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we take this proactive step towards sustainability and improved service efficiency.
Stay tuned for further updates and information.
