Bacoor City – The City Government of Bacoor, in partnership with the Office of Cong. Lani Mercado Revilla, conducted an orientation yesterday for 1,000 beneficiaries of the Department of Labor and Employment’s (DOLE) TUPAD program at the Main Square Mall. The TUPAD program, which stands for “Trabaho, Pangkabuhayan, at Kapaligiran,” provides short-term employment opportunities to vulnerable sectors in the community, specifically displaced workers.
The orientation aimed to prepare the beneficiaries, who included administrative aides from public schools, barangay cleaners, and timon drivers, for their upcoming temporary work assignments. These individuals will receive financial support and the opportunity to contribute to the community while gaining valuable experience.
The initiative is a collaborative effort between the City Government of Bacoor, Cong. Lani Mercado Revilla, and the Agimat Partylist, with support from BM Ram Revilla and Senator Bong Revilla Jr. This collaborative effort underscores the team’s commitment to providing assistance to the community and ensuring that no one is left behind in their pursuit of a better life.
The TUPAD program is a crucial initiative in Bacoor City’s ongoing efforts to promote economic stability and provide support to its citizens.
