How to avail service
Step 1
Client/Applicant
- Client /his family comes to office either as walk-in or referred
Frontline Services Unit
- Intake interview
Step 2
Client/Applicant
- Attends the initial counselling and comply to the possible action or intervention
Frontline Services Unit
- Assessment/ initial counseling
- Termination – for cases that can be given action at once.
Step 3
Client/Applicant
- Client remains in the community
Frontline Services Unit
- For cases needing further action/social welfare intervention, submit initial assessment to CSWD Officer
- For review and delegation to social worker assigned in the barangay where client lives
- For home visitation of social worker
- Evaluation, recommendation, case consultation
Step 4
