How to avail service

Step 1
Client/Applicant

  • Approach CSWDO or being indorsed by barangay VAWC or PNP VAWC Desk Officer

Frontline Services Unit

  • Intake interview

Step 2
Client/Applicant

  • Undergoes initial counseling

Frontline Services Unit

  • Assessment/counseling
  • Consultation with /further counseling of CSWD Officer

Step 3
Client/Applicant

  • Client waits to be home visited or taken for protective custody

Frontline Services Unit

  • Conduct Home visitation/ collateral interview/protective custody if necessary, recommendation

Step 4
Client/Applicant

  • Client gets the needed assistance

  • Provision of needed assistance

  • Client goes to other agency for other needed services
