How to avail service

Step 1
Client/Applicant

  • Turned-over/referred by GO’s or NGO’s/concerned citizen/barangay official

Frontline Services Unit

  • Receives Endorsement of referring party(brgy, NGO’s & GO’s), Intake Interview
  • Assessment
  • Turn-over to Social Worker Incharge of District 1 or District II

Step 2
Client/Applicant

  • Client waits for the result of the coordination

Frontline Services Unit

  • Coordination with concerned agencies to locate families or placement to other agencies

Step 3
Client/Applicant

  • If family is located, client is turned over to his family if not, refer to concerned institution.

Frontline Services Unit

  • Turn over to families or other agencies
