This update pertains to the 10-day technical and life skills training program for the 1st batch of Bacooreño Jobstarters, initiated by the City Government of Bacoor under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla. The program, spearheaded by the Bacoor Public Employment and Service Office and led by Dr. Isaac De Castro, aims to equip our young talents with essential skills for the workforce.
The participants have had the privilege of learning since November 9, 2023, from distinguished speakers such as Jm Laude and Faye Gloria from the DOLE Regional and Provincial Office. Today, on November 21, 2023, PESO Head Dr. Isaac De Castro personally facilitated their medical lab tests, with special thanks to BDRRMO Chief Sir Richard Quion for the vehicle assistance provided to the participants.
Over the past 10 days, the City Government of Bacoor has provided for the participants’ needs, including meals and assistance in organizing their medical and other essential documents. We are proud to have supported them at every step of the way.
As part of their journey, on Thursday, November 23, 2023, they are scheduled to have a courtesy call with Mayor Strike B. Revilla at 3 PM for the distribution of their allowances at the Mayor’s Office.
