The City Government of Bacoor, under the guidance of Mayor Strike B. Revilla, in collaboration with the Bacoor Traffic and Management Office (BTMO) and Bacoor City Transformation Office (BCTO), conducted the MRSSP (Moral Reformation & Spiritual Strengthening Program). The program was held on October 13, 2023, at 12:30 PM, Friday.
The program was organized for the incoming on-duty BTMO personnel and was led by Ptr. Cesar M. Roxas. The overall leadership of the program was attributed to Ptr. Miguel Mike Bautista, who is the concurrent BTMO Officer-in-Charge (OIC). Ptr. Mike B. served as the primary sponsor for this event, and the BCTO provided counseling, devotions, and pastoral messages.
Regarding attendance, approximately 90 personnel attended the program on a weekly basis. The program commenced on October 6, 2023, which was a Friday, and has been held every Friday since then. There are two sessions per day: the first session starts at 12:30 PM for incoming duty BTMO personnel, and the second session begins at 2:30 PM for outgoing duty BTMO personnel.
Since its initiation on October 6, the program has been conducted weekly. Out of the total 139 duty BTMO personnel, approximately 70% have attended the program. The objective of the program is to promote moral recovery among the personnel through counseling, devotions, and pastoral messages provided by the BCTO.
Overall, the MRSSP in Bacoor aims to strengthen the moral and spiritual values of the BTMO personnel, with the support of the city government, Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Ptr. Miguel Mike Bautista, and the BCTO.
