Under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla, the City Government of Bacoor has launched the Bacoor Public Event Registry in line with Executive Order No. 17-2023. The Bacoor Public Registry is designed to monitor all public events with over 50 participants held in public spaces in the City of Bacoor, with the goal of preventing accidents, public disturbances, traffic congestion, and other potential issues.
According to the Executive Order, a public event refers to activities that are open to and attended by the general public. These activities may include concerts, motorcades, parades, rallies, races, marketing campaigns, mall-sponsored activities such as expositions, fairs, festivals, entertainment, cause-related, fundraising or leisure events, extracurricular activities of schools or learning institutions, religious processions, funeral processions, and other similar events held on public roads and public outdoor spaces.
All organizers of public events in the City of Bacoor with more than 50 participants are required to register their events with the Public Event Registry. The registration process is simple and can be done online by scanning the QR Code below or through Bacoor Tourism Office in Bacoor City Hall. Once registered, the event will be monitored by the City Government of Bacoor to ensure public safety.
The Public Event Registry is an important initiative of the City Government of Bacoor to promote public safety and prevent potential issues during public events. The City Government of Bacoor encourages all organizers of public events in Bacoor to comply with the Executive Order and register their events with the Public Event Registry.
