- Approach CSWDO or being indorsed by barangay VAWC or PNP VAWC Desk Officer
Frontline Services Unit
- Intake interview
Step 2
Client/Applicant
- Undergoes initial counseling

- Assessment/counseling
- Consultation with /further counseling of CSWD Officer
Step 3
Client/Applicant
- Client waits to be home visited or taken for protective custody
Frontline Services Unit
- Conduct Home visitation/ collateral interview/protective custody if necessary, recommendation

- Client gets the needed assistance

- Provision of needed assistance

- Client goes to other agency for other needed services
