Step 1

- Client is turned over to the center

- Conduct intake interview
Step 2

- Client stays in the center

- Conduct Assessment Using Tools of Discerment
- Prepare discernment report
- Submit discernment report to CSWDO for review and approval
- Submit approved discernment to Fiscal’s Office
- Provide Temporary Shelter and other support services. that he needs while awaiting appropriate intervention
- Conduct home Visitation/collateral interview to family of the children in the center
- Conduct Counselling and Parenting Session with their respective parents
- Conduct Family Session Therapy

- Attends court hearing

- Assist minor in attending his court hearing
- Assist minor and his family for legal assistance
- If parent opted for release on recognizance, preparation of Motion
- If for institutionalization, prepare Motion to Place Minor in an Institution and Social Case Study Report
