How to avail service
Step 1
Client/Applicant
- Turned Over to the Center
Frontline Services Unit
- Conduct Intake Interview
Step 2
Client/Applicant
- Undergoes medico-legal examination, if needed
Frontline Services Unit
- Assist the minor for medico legal in Rural health Center, NBI- Manila, PGH – Child Protection Unit
Step 3
Client/Applicant
- Client gives statement at PNP Child and Women’s Desk, if needed
Frontline Services Unit
- Assist the child/minor to give statement at PNP- Bacoor
Step 4
Client/Applicant
- Goes to Provincial Prosecutor’s Office to personally submit sworn statement, if needed

- Assist in filing case at Prov’l. Prosecutor’s Office

- Client stays at the center

- Provide temporary shelter/residential services and other support services
- Conduct home Visitation/collateral interview to family of the child/minor who is willing to take his/her custody
- Conduct Counselling and Parenting Session to custodian
- Prepare Social Case Study Report, Feedback Reports, Progress Report and other needed documents
- Submit the written report for approval of CSWD Officer
- Coordinates with other GO’s and NGO’s for appropriate assistance for children needing
permanent/long term assistance or reintegration to family
- Conducts Pre-discharge Conference
