Step 1
Client/Applicant
- Turned-over/referred by GO’s or NGO’s/concerned citizen/barangay official
Frontline Services Unit
- Receives Endorsement of referring party(brgy, NGO’s & GO’s), Intake Interview
- Assessment
- Turn-over to Social Worker Incharge of District 1 or District II
Step 2
Client/Applicant
- Client waits for the result of the coordination
Frontline Services Unit
- Coordination with concerned agencies to locate families or placement to other agencies
Step 3
Client/Applicant
- If family is located, client is turned over to his family if not, refer to concerned institution.

- Turn over to families or other agencies
