- Verifies the presented Official Receipt/Photocopy of Official Receipt/Statement of Account of the
taxpayer in the Abstract of RPT, PATAS and/or RPTAR

- Gives the corresponding amount as payments to the assigned cashier

- Receives payment from the taxpayer and prepares the Official Receipt
