  • CTO Staff receives and reviews the documents

  • Verification of Payments

  • Verifies the presented Official Receipt/Photocopy of Official Receipt/Statement of Account of the

taxpayer in the Abstract of RPT, PATAS and/or RPTAR

Step 3
Client/Applicant

  • Gives the corresponding amount as payments to the assigned cashier

  • Receives payment from the taxpayer and prepares the Official Receipt
