STEPS IN SECURING MAYOR’S CLEARANCE / LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION / REFERRAL LETTER

Go to the Management Information System (MIS) Office located at the 3^rd
Present original documents for verification.
Payments can be made to the City Treasurer’s Office at Windows 4, 5 & 6.

(Mayor’s Clearance P100.00 / Recommendation/Referral P50.00)

Issuance and Releasing upon signature from the Mayor’s Office located at the 3^rd

Note :

For Marriage purposes, a Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) is required.
