The City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Lani Mercado Revilla, was conferred by the Department of Interior and Local Government with the Silver Award for its outstanding performance and highly commendable practices in Solid Waste Management. It likewise garnered a Silver Award in recognition of its best performance in the 2018 Environmental Compliance Audit.
Finally, it was given a Top Performer Award for its LGU Compliance Achievement in accordance with the initiative to preserve Manila Bay.
