Bacoor City, July 30, 2025 — The Office of the Mayor recently hosted a coordination meeting between Mayor Strike B. Revilla and Meralco officials to discuss the implementation of the new “Kuryente Tipid Load” program. This initiative enables residents to receive real-time text updates on their electricity consumption, giving them greater control over their energy usage while promoting efficiency and cost savings.
During the meeting, Meralco representatives also provided updates on ongoing projects such as “Operation Anti Urban Bright,” which addresses issues with dangling wires and overloaded poles, as well as progress on the Ciudad De Strike initiatives, including Balik Eskwela and Prepaid Ceremonial Switching. Pole relocation efforts were also reviewed to enhance the city’s electrical infrastructure and safety.
Attending from Meralco were Mr. Garri M. Antioquia, Relationship Manager of Bacoor Business Center; TJ Gonzales, Business Center Head; Darryl Dayao, Team Leader of Miescor UAM; and Neil Ryan Gallardo, Sales and Relationship Management Officer. The meeting, held at the Strike Conference Room, highlights the city’s dedication to improving electrical services and empowering residents with innovative solutions.
