In a turn-over ceremony held at the Office of the Mayor on April 16, 2024, Bacoor City received 15 hygiene kits from the Region IV-A Civil Defense. The event was organized by the Bacoor Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (BDRRMO).
The turn-over ceremony was attended by key participants, such as Richard Quion, Head of BDRRMO, and Carlos Eduardo E. Alvarez III, the Regional Director of Civil Defense for Region IV-A.
The 15 hygiene kits were specifically provided for the 15 fire victims of Barangay Poblacion. The kits were generously given by the Region IV-A Civil Defense, demonstrating their commitment to assisting those affected by disasters and emergencies.
Among the participants in the ceremony were Randy N. Dela Paz, Ivy Althea A. Preclaro, Jayson M. Jacob, and Maria Pia Barbara P. Sale, also from Civil Defense for Region IV-A.
The Office of the Mayor expresses his gratitude to the Region IV-A Civil Defense for their generosity and support. He also emphasized the importance of collaboration and solidarity in times of crisis, highlighting the significance of such donations in helping affected individuals recover and rebuild their lives.
