This procedure shall be only applicable to the following petitions relative to the 2023 BSKE:
PETITION TO DENY DUE COURSE TO OR CANCEL CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACYPETITION TO DECLARE A NUISANCE CANDIDATEPETITION FOR DISQUALIFICATION OF A CANDIDATEA petition must be electronically filed before the Office of the Clerk of the Commission (OCOC) thru its official email address:
