1. Application forms are now available at the PESO Office at the Bacoor Government Center from 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.
2. Deadline for submission of forms is on March 27, 2018.
3. Stubs with time slots for the April 11, 2018 personal appearance will be available at the PESO Office after the Holy Week. Look for Josie Dayrit.
PASSPORT ON WHEELS ADVISORY as of March 23, 2018
1. Tatanggapin ang mga Application Forms sa PESO Office hanggang March 27, 2018. First come-first served po ito dahil limited ang slots.
2. Tanging ang mga nagpasa lamang ng tama at kumpletong mga dokumento na na-validate ng DFA ang mabibigyan ng stubs para sa April 11, 2018.
3. Maaaring makuha ang stubs mula April 2 hanggang April 6, 2018 sa PESO Office. Para makuha ang inyong stub, magdala ng valid ID tulad ng Driver’s License, TIN ID, SSS, UMID, PRC, at NBI.
4. Sa April 11, 2018, magsuot ng shirt o blouse na may collar. Mangyaring dalhin ang mga original na kopya ng mga kinakailangang dokumento.
5. Ang Expedite Fee ay P1200 na kukunin sa DFA. Para sa mga gustong ipahatid ang passport sa kanilang tahahan, may courier delivery na P150.

Married Females must also submit Original copy of PSA Authenticated Marriage Contract on Security Paper or report of Marriage
