#JUNIOR_HIGH_SCHOOL STUDENTS
Junior high schools covered: #BNHS_GEANS_Malipay
Senior high school covered: #SanNicolas_Bayanan_Malipay_Alima_Sineguelasan_Dulong Bayan
A – Prepare the necessary requirements:
-GWA of 85 percent for senior and junior high school students
-Photocopy of report cards (front and back)
-Photocopy of certificate of enrollment
-Two pieces 1X1 ID picture
-Photocopy of birth certificate
-Original copy of Barangay Certificate of Indigency
-Comelec validation of parents for students ages 17 and below
-Comelec validation of students for students ages 18 and above
-Letter of Intent addressed to Mayor Lani Mercado Revilla
B. Coordinate with School Coordinators and deadline of submission is on July 15, 2019
