PROCEDURE FOR PUBLIC SENIOR AND JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
Junior high schools covered: BNHS, GEANS, Malipay, LPNHS
Senior high school covered: San Nic, Alima, Dulong Bayan, Malipay, Bayanan
A-Prepare the necessary requirements:
-GWA of 85 percent
-Photocopy of report card (front and back)
-Photocopy of certificate of enrollment
-Two pieces 1X1 ID picture
-Photocopy of birth certificate
-Original copy of Barangay Certificate of Indigency
-Comelec validation of parents for students ages 18 and below
-Comelec validation of students for students ages 18 and above
-Letter of Intent addressed to Mayor Lani Mercado Revilla
B. Coordinate with School Coordinators. Deadline for submission of requirements is on July 20, 2018.
PROCEDURE FOR PRIVATE SENIOR AND JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
A-Prepare the necessary requirements:
-GWA of 85 percent
-Photocopy of report card (front and back)
-Photocopy of registration form
-Photocopy of enrollment receipt
-Two pieces 1X1 ID picture
-Photocopy of birth certificate
-Original copy of Barangay Certificate of Indigency
-Comelec validation of parents for students ages 18 and below
-Comelec validation of students for students ages 18 and above
-Letter of Intent addressed to Mayor Lani Mercado Revilla
B-Apply online at www.bacoor.gov.ph from June 20 to July 20, 2018. Print your online data form and together with all the requirements, submit to the Scholarship Unit, Ground Floor, City Hall on or before July 30, 2018.

-Photocopy of class cards (front and back)
-Photocopy of registration form and enrollment receipt
-Two pieces 1X1 ID picture
-Photocopy of birth certificate
-Original copy of Barangay Certificate of Indigency
-Comelec validation of parents for students ages 18 and below
-Comelec validation of students for students ages 18 and above
-Letter of Intent addressed to Mayor Lani Mercado Revilla
