The Manila Bay Rehabilitation Program was launched last January 27 at Bgy Zapote 5, City of Bacoor with Cavite Governor Boying Remulla, Bacoor City Mayor Lani Mercado Revilla, and various groups from government agencies and socio-civic organizations in attendance.
