The City Social Welfare and Development Office and the Bacoor City Nutrition Council in partnership with Saint Luke’s Medical Center – Global City spearheaded a Milk Letting Caravan at Revilla Hall in the Bacoor Government Center. City Councilor Alde Pagulayan paid tribute to the mothers who participated in the event.
