Connect with your family and friends overseas with BaLinkBayan. Bacoor City Mayor Lani Mercado Revilla, in behalf of the City of Bacoor, and Senior Emigrant Services Officer Kristine Domagas Gacer, in behalf of the Commission of Filipinos Overseas, signed a memorandum of agreement for the development of BaLinkBayan, a one-stop online portal for overseas contract workers of Bacoor last November 6, 2017. BaLinkBayan is one way of connecting overseas Filipino individuals and communities to the Philippines. Apart from providing access to online government services, BaLinkBayan also encourages overseas Filipinos to embark on educational exchanges, medical missions, and volunteer programs in the Philippines.
