The City Government of Bacoor welcomed local government officials from the municipality of Rizal in Kalinga province. As part of their Lakbay Aral program, Rizal Mayor Karl Bugao Baac, Vice Mayor Samuel Valdez, and other officials from Rizal visited the Bacoor Government Center and Bacoor Command Center. Councilor Alde Pagulayan and Liga ng mga Barangay President Rey Palabrica gave the delegation a warm welcome.
