The City Government of Bacoor through the Bacoor Disaster Risk Reduction & Management Office recently launched TODA-ALERT 161 Volunteer. A partnership between the City Government and the Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, TODA-ALERT 161 Volunteer hopes to bring consciousness of associations and volunteer groups on their roles and responsibilities in the event of disaster, it also empowers them with the proper skills and training with regards to disaster preparedness and response.
Bacoor City Mayor Lani Mercado Revilla welcomes the initiative as it provides volunteering Bacoorenos with the proper information and training to save lives.
