The City Government of Bacoor and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology facilitated TESDA Skills Training for various courses including arts and crafts, flower arrangement, balloon making, welding, and masonry at the Bacoor City Jail through the Liwanag ng Makalingang Rehabilitasyon program. Present during the graduation ceremonies were JSupt Deogracias F. De Castillo, JInsp Joy Anne Pascual, Lita Fabian Gawaran of the City Livelihood Office, and trainers from TESDA and St. Peregrine School. Guest of Honor City Councilor Robert Javier shared words of encouragement and inspiration to the graduates.
