On January 29, 2024, the Bacoor Tourism, operating under the City Government of Bacoor was awarded with the prestigious CALABARZON Tourism Excellence Appreciation for their steadfast support of the DOT’s Philippine Experience Program and their successful organization of events that showcased the rich culture and history of the City.
Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista-Mendiola along with the dedicated team at Bacoor City Department of Tourism and Cultural Affairs led by Mr. Edwin Guinto, graciously accepted the award, expressing their gratitude and confidence in their endeavors.
The ceremony held at Twin Lakes in Tagaytay and was attended by Ms. Marites T. Castro, the Regional Director of Tourism, as well as representatives from various municipalities, cities, and provinces in Calabarzon.
