The ongoing 2024 Census Population and Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) orientation, organized by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Cavite in coordination with PESO Bacoor headed by Dr. Abraham De Castro and the City Planning and Development Coordinating (CPDC) office led by Ms. Rhowena D. Alcantara, continues to equip newly hired job seekers with essential skills and knowledge.
On the second day, Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista-Mendiola graced the orientation with her presence, providing encouragement and support to the participants. She underscored the vital role of the census and community monitoring activities in Bacoor’s development, emphasizing how these efforts contribute to informed policy-making and resource allocation.
Day three was packed with significant sessions, including an in-depth lecture on Household Profile Questionnaires. Dr. Abraham De Castro also took the opportunity to discuss Jobstart Bacoor 2024, an initiative aimed at enhancing employment opportunities for the city’s residents.
This comprehensive orientation, which began earlier this week, will continue until July 13. It aims to ensure that all newly hired job seekers are thoroughly prepared to contribute effectively to the 2024 Census and CBMS initiatives, thereby playing a crucial role in Bacoor’s future development.
