In a heartwarming turn of events, Ms. Cynthia Obias Rojas, a brave Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) who endured mistreatment abroad, has safely returned home to the Philippines with assistance from the City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla, and the Bacoor Public Employment Service Office (PESO).
Ms. Rojas expressed gratitude for the support she received from her fellow Filipinos and the City Government of Bacoor in return. She also emphasized the importance of solidarity and assistance for OFWs facing difficulties abroad.
This compassionate initiative took place at the Office of the Mayor today, June 11, 2024, underscoring Mayor Strike B. Revilla’s commitment to assisting distressed OFWs and ensuring their safe repatriation.
