Bacoor City, July 12, 2025 — The City Government of Bacoor, led by Mayor Strike B. Revilla through the City Social Welfare and Development (CSWD), in partnership with MWell and its CEO Mrs. Chaye Cabal Revilla, officially blessed and opened the new MWell Primary Care Facility at Main Square Mall. The event was attended by notable guests including Manila Mayor Isko M. Domagoso, PhilHealth Vice President Walter Nacareza, 1Life President Niño Namoco, Councilor Horacio Brilliantes, Board Member Alde Pagulayan, and LnB Vice President Randy Francisco.
MWell, accredited by PhilHealth, offers free medical check-ups to PhilHealth members, emphasizing the motto “Health is Wealth.” The facility aims to provide affordable, accessible, and quality health and wellness services to everyone, anytime and anywhere. For non-PhilHealth members, assistance is available through the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and CSWD.
This project is a successful collaboration between the Bacoor local government, national government through PhilHealth, and the private sector represented by MWell. Mayor Strike Revilla’s leadership has inspired Manila Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso to adopt similar sustainable free medical service programs for his constituents.
The opening of this primary care facility highlights the city’s commitment to Universal Health Care and demonstrates the dedication of Mayor Strike B. Revilla and Mrs. Chaye Cabal Revilla to bring meaningful and sustainable healthcare services to the people of Bacoor.
