Bacoor City – Mayor Strike B. Revilla welcome the representatives from the Climate Change Commission (CCC) for a courtesy visit at the Mayor’s Office. The visit was organized by the City Planning and Development Coordinating Office (CPDC) and the City Environment Service Department (CESD).
The courtesy visit was attended by Rhowena Alcantara, OIC of CPDC, Roland Vocalan, Head of CeSD, and representatives from the Climate Change Commission, including Danielle Marie Torralba, Carmina Gabrielle Villena, and Ma. Joanna Trina Dalisay.
The purpose of the visit was to discuss the Orientation and Consultative meeting on the Climate Change Commission People’s Survival Fund (PSF) for the City of Bacoor’s PSF Technical Working Group Committee.
During the visit, fruitful discussions were held regarding the orientation and consultation process for the implementation of the Climate Change Commission’s People’s Survival Fund. The PSF aims to support initiatives addressing climate change in Bacoor and promote sustainable development practices.
The discussions held during the courtesy visit will contribute to the city’s efforts in implementing effective climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies, ensuring a sustainable and resilient future for Bacoor and its residents.
