Bacoor City, August 9, 2025 — The City Government of Bacoor, in partnership with the Liga ng Barangay, held a solemn LUKSANG PARANGAL to honor the late Councilor Leandro “Boy” De Leon, a beloved pillar of the local government who recently passed away.
The event took place at Atienza Funeral Home in Ligas 1 and was attended by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Congresswoman Lani Mercado Revilla, members of the Sangguniang Panglungsod, Liga ng Barangay led by LnB President BM Rafael Paterno III, Atty. Venus De Castro, head of OSCA, families, relatives, and countless residents of Bacoor who deeply mourn the loss of Konsi Boy.
For 20 years, Konsi Boy served the community with unwavering dedication—11 years as Barangay Captain of Molino 2 and 9 years as Bacoor City Councilor. His compassion, heart, and genuine commitment made him a trusted leader and a true friend to many.
The people of Bacoor are profoundly saddened by his passing. His legacy of service and kindness continues to inspire, and his absence leaves a void felt by all who knew him. The city extends its deepest gratitude for his unparalleled service and offers heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
