Bacoor City, December 21, 2024 – The Bacoor City Hall Main Lobby buzzed with excitement as young singers from across the city showcased their talent at the elimination round of the “Sing Bacoor and Rise as 1” Choral Competition. The event, held on Saturday, December 21st, saw a diverse range of schools vying for a spot in the finals.
In the Elementary Category, six schools competed for a chance to advance: Digman Elementary School, Divine Light Academy, Mambog Elementary School, Real Elementary School, Progressive Elementary School, and Molino Elementary School.
The Junior and Senior High School Category saw three schools battling it out: Senior High School within Bacoor Elementary School, Senior High School in San Nicolas III, and Springville Grand Chorale.
The judges, comprised of experienced music professionals, were impressed by the talent and passion displayed by the young singers. The competition was fierce, with each school bringing their unique style and interpretation to the stage.
The elimination round set the stage for a thrilling final competition, where the best of the best will compete for the coveted title of “Sing Bacoor and Rise as 1” champion. The event is a testament to the thriving music scene in Bacoor and the dedication of the city’s young singers.
The grand finals of SING BACOOR RISE AS 1 will be held tomorrow ( December 22, 2024 ) at the Strike Gym, where Bacooreños will be open to witness who will be crowned the grand champion in the competition.
