Bacoor City, December 14, 2024 – The “Sing Bacoor And Rise As 1” Choral Competition, a vibrant celebration of music and talent, took place today at the Bacoor Government Center, Lobby. The event, organized by the HOPE IN Me Club, led by Dra. Ma. Cristina Alberto – Founder and President, and the Bacoor City Department of Tourism & Cultural Affairs, led by Mr. Edwin Guinto.
The “Sing Bacoor And Rise As 1” Choral Competition was made successful, thanks to the support of Mayor Strike B. Revilla. A total of 32 choral groups from elementary and high school students from Public and Private schools in the city will compete for the title of the First “Sing Bacoor And Rise As 1”.
The 12 participating choir group performed for the First Elimination Round:

2. Bacoor Elementary School
3. Gov. PF Elementary School
4. Ligas 1 Elementary School
5. Maliksi Elementary School
6. Queens Row Elementary School
7. Zapote Elementary School
Junior High/Sr.High Category
1. Bacoor National High School – Main
2. CBNHS – Salinas
3. Georgetown High School
4. Reuters High School
5. Revilla High School
The competition was judged by a panel of experts: Mr. Rommel Lomarda, Mr. Gelo Diamos, and Mr. James. The event featured an intermission number that further entertained the audience.
The “Sing Bacoor And Rise As 1” Choral Competition served as a platform to showcase the musical talents of young Bacooreños, promoting love for music.
