Bacoor City, March 18, 2025 – The City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla, officially opened the “MSBR para sa Kababaihan at Solo Parent ng Lungsod ng Bacoor” trade fair today at the Bacoor City Hall Main Lobby. The event, organized by the Livelihood, Employment, and Development, Investment, and Promotions Office (LEDIPO) headed by Ms. Khei Sanchez, aims to empower women and solo parents by providing them with a platform to showcase their entrepreneurial skills and generate income.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was graced by distinguished guests, including former Senator Manny Pacquiao, Senatorial Candidate, Vice Mayor Rowena B. Mendiola, Councilor Rey Fabian, Pastor Mike Bautista, Kuya Noly Galvez, and Mr. Horacio Brilliantes.
The trade fair features 27 exhibitors, all local business owners from Bacoor, showcasing a diverse range of products and services. The event is a testament to the City Government’s commitment to supporting women and solo parents in their entrepreneurial endeavors.
Mayor Strike B. Revilla, in his opening remarks, emphasized the importance of providing opportunities for women and solo parents to thrive. He expressed confidence that the trade fair will not only boost the local economy but also inspire other women and solo parents to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.
The trade fair is expected to run for several days, offering residents a chance to discover and purchase unique products and services from local businesses, while also supporting the economic empowerment of women and solo parents in Bacoor City.
