Department of Tourism CALABARZON and Bacoor City Culture, History, Arts, and Tourism Office conducted the first two sessions of Seminar on Filipino Brand of Service Excellence for city employees today, 22 April 2025. Leading the seminar were DOT-certified FBSE trainer Mr. Ramon F. Mariñas and DOT 4A Tourism Operations Officer I Mr. Lester SJ. Uriarte.
This seminar is in line with the enactment of City Ordinance No. 344-2024, institutionalizing the Mabuhay gesture or FBSE in all government offices, barangays, schools, tourism establishments, daycare centers, civil society organizations, government programs and gatherings, and in the private sector in the City of Bacoor.
