August 13, 2024, a relief distribution for the fire victims in Sitio Wawa 1, Zapote 3 was conducted at BGC Grounds. The event was organized by Doc Ma. Cristina Alberto, the founder of Hope In Me Club Foundation in collaboration with the Office of the Mayor.
The event was attended by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, President Dante Chua, Vice President Sun Ming Kiong, Mr. Romy Chan, Mr. Ernest Chua, Ms. Mary Lee, Ms. Stella Lim from Federation of Filipino Chinese Association of the Philippines Foundation, Inc., and Mr. Jefferson Lau (Barangay Chairman of Binondo).
The Federation of Filipino Chinese Association of the Philippines Foundation Inc., led by President Dante Chua, generously provided 1,000 sacks of 5-kilo rice and 1,000 bottles of soy sauce to aid the fire victims in Sitio Wawa 1, Zapote 3. The recipients of this relief initiative were families who lost their homes in the fire incident.
The Bacooreños extend their heartfelt gratitude to the Federation of Filipino Chinese Association of the Philippines Foundation Inc. for their generous support and assistance during this difficult time.
