Quezon City, May 27, 2025 – Mayor Strike B. Revilla of Bacoor City met today with officials from the Department of Agriculture (DA) to discuss collaborative efforts aimed at boosting agricultural development in Bacoor. The meeting, held at the DA head office, brought together Mayor Strike B. Revilla and key DA personnel, including Secretary Francisco P. Tiu-Laurel Jr., ASEC Genevieve Guevarra, and Directors Glenn Panganiban, Junibert De Sagun, and Abbey Charles F. Gawaran. Atty. Paul Sangalang also participated in the discussions.
The collaboration focuses on providing Bacoor City with affordable food and agricultural supplies, conducting agricultural training programs, promoting tree planting initiatives, providing agricultural animals, and supporting local fisherfolk. The partnership aims to promote urban agriculture and implement various agricultural programs in the city.
This meeting marks a significant step towards strengthening the collaboration between Bacoor City and the DA, ensuring that agricultural assistance and resources reach the communities of Bacoor.
