Bacoor City, August 9, 2025 — The City Government of Bacoor, in partnership with the Bacoor Homeowners Association Council Inc. (BHOACI), held the Fiesta and Oath-Taking Ceremony of the newly elected officers and Board of Directors of Macaria Homes in Barangay Molino 2.
The event was attended by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, who personally administered the oath to the new officers and Board of Directors. Also present were Councilor Bok Nolasco, Kap Mike Saquitan, the Barangay Council and SK Officials of Molino 2, former Councilor Ting Saquitan, BHOACI President Guia Javier Oller, and residents of Macaria Homes. Entertainment was provided by the Strike As One Band.
Mayor Strike emphasized his commitment to visiting homeowners associations across Bacoor to assess their conditions and identify ways to improve cleanliness and community welfare. He also addressed the widespread issue of spaghetti wires throughout Bacoor, which he is actively working to have organized and repaired.
In his speech, Mayor Strike reminded attendees about the pending ordinance that, once passed, will authorize the city to collect a one-time fee for garbage hauling services, allowing the city to manage waste collection directly. He called for the support and cooperation of homeowners associations in implementing this ordinance.
