In a continued effort to educate and empower the youth, a combined information drive on the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) and a career guidance seminar was conducted for senior high school students in Progressive Senior High School on June 24, 2025 prepared by the personnel from Bacoor City Jail Female and Male Dormitory.
The activity aimed to raise awareness about the government’s efforts to promote peace and development, particularly through the NTF-ELCAC, which works to address the root causes of insurgency through community support, education, and sustainable development. Students were informed about the dangers of radicalization and the importance of making informed choices for their future.
Alongside the info drive, career guidance sessions were held to help students explore educational and vocational paths after senior high school. Professionals from various fields shared insights and practical advice on career planning, skills development, and opportunities in higher education and the workforce.
The event highlighted the importance of awareness and direction, equipping students not only with knowledge about national issues but also with tools to build productive and purpose-driven futures.
