Bacoor City, May 6, 2025 – BYD Bacoor, the first branch of the electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer in the city, was officially inaugurated today, marking a significant milestone in the expansion of the EV market in Bacoor. The grand opening ceremony was led by BYD Bacoor officials, with Mayor Strike B. Revilla as the guest of honor.
Joining Mayor Strike B. Revilla were Mr. Dennis Salvador, Chief Operating Officer of Iconic Dealer Shop Inc., Ms. Lovelyn Labrador, Deputy General Manager of BYD Philippines, Mr. Jaime Alfonso Zobel De Ayala, COO of AC Mobility, Mr. Antonio “Toti” Zara III, AC Mobility, and Mr. Bob Palanca, BYD Philippines. The event was attended by BYD Philippines officials and employees, AC Mobility officials, banking partners, and Iconic dealers.
The new BYD Bacoor branch, strategically located at Molino Boulevard, Barangay Bayanan, is poised to cater to the growing demand for EVs in the city and surrounding areas. The inauguration highlights the City Government’s commitment to promoting sustainable transportation and supporting the development of the EV industry in Bacoor.
