Bacoor City, February 13, 2025 – The City Government of Bacoor, led by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, today commenced its first surveillance audit for ISO certification. The audit, conducted by ISO auditors Mr. Arcel Andres, Ms. Estrella Buenaventura, and Ms. Anna Manlangit-Perdiguerra, took place at the Revilla Hall and involved various departments and units within the City Government.
The audit aims to assess the City Government’s adherence to ISO standards and ensure the continued effectiveness of its Quality Management System (QMS). The audit team will be reviewing the City Government’s processes, documentation, and practices to ensure compliance with ISO requirements.
Mayor Strike B. Revilla, along with Sangguniang Panglungsod members, department and unit heads led by Atty. Aimee Torrefrangca-Neri, including city employees were present to welcome the audit team and demonstrate the City Government’s commitment to maintaining high standards of service delivery.
The City Government of Bacoor has been actively working towards achieving ISO certification as a testament to its dedication to providing efficient, effective, and citizen-centric services. This first surveillance audit is a crucial step in the ongoing process of maintaining and enhancing the City Government’s QMS to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
