Paano makakuha ng Grand Medical Mission Stub?
Pumunta lamang sa City Health Office ngayong LUNES September 25, 2023 para sa makakuha ng stub sa libreng medical services tulad ng mga sumusunod:
1. Visual inspection with acetic acid : 100 patients/ slots only
2. Electrocardiogram (ECG) : 50 patients/ slots only
3. Chest Radiography (CXR): 50 patients/ slots only
4. Dental : 100 patients/ slots only
5. Reading Glasses : 500 patients/ slots only
6. Medical Constultation:
– Adult: 300 patients/ slots only
– Pedia : 200 patients/ slots only
7. Minor Surgery: 40 patients/ slots only
8. Fast Blooding Sugar: 100 patients/ slots only
9. Pneumonia Vaccination: 200 Senior Citizens/ slots only
10. OB Consultation
11. Derma Consultation
Tandaan ito ay first come first serve basis only at ang may Grand Medical Mission Stub lamang ang maa-accommodate.
