Bacoor City, December 13, 2024 – The City Government of Bacoor, led by Mayor Strike B. Revilla and Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, today distributed financial assistance to 67 families from Barangay Panapaan 4 who were affected by a fire incident on June 5, 2024. The assistance was provided through the Emergency Housing Assistance Program, a joint initiative of the City Government, the National Housing Authority (NHA), and the Office of Senator Bong Go.
The event, held at the Bacoor City Hall Main Lobby, saw Mayor Strike B. Revilla, along with NHA representatives led by Engr. Emma Monica Anacan (OIC, NHA Cavite District) and Kap Zyvon Bautista of Barangay Panapaan 4, personally hand out the financial assistance to the affected families. The program aims to help alleviate the burdens faced by the residents and provide support in their efforts to rebuild and recover.
The financial assistance will provide much-needed relief to the families as they navigate the difficult process of rebuilding their lives. Joining the City Government in this initiative were Team Revilla members, including Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr., Cong. Lani Mercado Revilla, Cong. Bryan Revilla of Agimat Partylist, and BM Ram Revilla. Their presence underscored the family’s commitment to serving the people of Bacoor and ensuring that no one is left behind during times of crisis.
The Emergency Housing Assistance Program demonstrates the City Government’s dedication to providing immediate support and assistance to its constituents in the face of adversity.
