August 13, 2024 – In a strategic move towards advancing digital initiatives, the City Government of Bacoor recently hosted the BACOOR CICTC MEMBERS MEETING. Organized by the E-Governance Department and Management Information System (E-GOV/MIS), the meeting brought together key stakeholders from the Bacoor City Information & Communications Technology Council (CICTC).
The meeting led by Mayor Strike B. Revilla and Mr. Lodgene Asuncion, the head of E-GOV/MIS. Participants from various organizations such as DICT Cavite, DOST Cavite, DepEd Bacoor City, Bacoor Chambers of Commerce, PLDT, PNP, TESDA Cavite, CavSU, STI, St. Dominic, and UPHS Dalta- Molino, along with representatives from the City Government of Bacoor, actively engaged in discussions.
The agenda of the meeting included coordination for the Regional ICT Council summit plan and program scheduled for August 23, 2024, hosted by the City of Bacoor, the presentation of the Bacoor Digital City Roadmap, and the election of officers for the Bacoor ICT Council.
Following the election, Hon. Strike B. Revilla was appointed as the Chairperson, with Dean Alvin Jason Virata of Saint Dominic as the President, Pastor Reglos Arguelles Jr. as the Vice President for Talent Development, Mr. Lodgene Asuncion as the Vice President for Public Sector, Katrina Sanchez as the Secretariat, Mr. Jason Atienza as the Treasurer, and Ms. Arlyn Del Prado as the Auditor.
